The project was to create a motion video based promotional material, using polished imagery, video and type, for company, product or service of my choice. The topic can be real or made up (fictitious).
The promotional video should be linear playing, emphasizing, kinetic (animated) type with additional use of graphics, images, motion/animation, & audio to capture the viewers interest and to inform the audience about the topic.
In second sem, I got a description of a restaurant named 'Family of eateries' and had to make brand identity for this restaurant.
So, this promotional video is about encouraging Family of eateries. It is a brand advertisement with kinetic animation, use of self-made vectors that follow the guideline. It is around minute long video which usually catches the eye with its background music and the animation transitions performed.
Crossword deluxe is one of the feturured instant lottary ticket of OLG (Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. I made advertisement video on this product.
First, I sketched some low-fi wireframes to get a better idea of the project's visual approach, which helped to make a good-looking basic composition. I made a shoot list that contained 4 shots: Introduction, Build-up, Product, and Conclusion/credits.
